Brenda has been a strong member of our Contact Centre since 2000. She is an experienced Sales Consultant, continuously succeeding in her role and has been part of our top sellers club since we introduced the incentive. She has a huge amount of respect and knowledge within the business and we’d be lost without her!

Janine Foulser

Learning & Development Trainer

Janine has been our Learning & Development Trainer since the beginning of 2016. Coming from a strong background of training in different areas of insurance, Janine has a positive, motivational way about her and we haven’t come across anyone yet who hasn’t thrived from spending even an hour with her. We are very lucky to have Janine as part of the AllClear family!

Favourite part of my role: Seeing the people I have trained develop and flourish within their new role, using the skills I have trained them in.

Biggest achievement: Planning my wedding in less than 1 year

Dan Day

Customer Care Consultant

Dan started with us as a Sales Consultant in another team and has recently transferred to the Customer Care Unit due to his knowledge, skills and exceptional customer service. He is dedicated, passionate and most of all helpful. Everything we look for in our Employees! You will usually find Dan in the car park changing a tyre or checking an engine.

Favourite part of my role: Working in a team who can have banter but who are also supportive and approachable. A pleasant environment to be in.

Suzanne Elliker

Technical Services Analyst

Suz has been with us since 2008 when she joined the Contact Centre as a Sales Consultant. In 2012 she transferred to our IT team as an IT Tester Analyst then in 2015 became our Technical Services Analyst. Suz is a delight to be around, respected by her colleagues, hugely creative (having created much of the artwork around the office) and an asset to the team. We’re very pleased to have her!

Pablo Cox-Bautista

Sales Consultant

Pablo began working for us in 2016 within the Contact Centre and has recently transferred over to the Sales Team where is he excelling in his new role as a Sales Consultant. He is developing at rapid speed and managed to hit the highest revenue in the Contact Centre in only his second month in sales! Tenemos suerte tenerte con nosotros!!

Long Service Award – 25 years!

Yesterday we celebrated another long service award for our lovely Debbie Claxton! Debbie has been here since 1993 when she started as a Contact Centre Agent with us, since then she has progressed to training and now sits as Quality Manager within our Contact Centre. Here’s to another 25 Deb!
