Job Description:

Call Centre Sales Agent – Inbound

Salary: £17,840 basic with a £30,000 realistic OTE

Hours: We are open throughout the week,

Mon-Fri 08:30-20:00, Sat 08:30-17:00, Sun 10:00-17:00 Bank Hols 10:00-16:00 and you will be required to work 37.5 hours on a shift basis

We are looking for motivated sales consultants to join our vibrant and inspiring contact centre, serving the needs of our 2.8 million customers– and growing! We’d prefer AWESOME, but for now, we’ll continue to be rated on Trustpilot as EXCELLENT.

We are looking for…

Outstanding people who are self-motivated with a desire to earn an excellent commission.

  • You will have at least 6 months of sales experience working within a contact centre or telesales environment. Customer-facing experience will be considered if you have worked to targets.
  • You are able to close a sale and overcome objections successfully
  • You are able to work to achieve a variety of targets
  • You can build excellent rapport with your customers
  • You have good computer skills
  • You want to work with inspiring people like us

The role…

You bring the talent, we’ll develop it!

  • You will start with 3 weeks training with our Learning & Development team with ongoing individual support and development
  • You will be handling inbound calls from customers looking to buy their medical travel insurance – NO COLD CALLING
  • You’ll be given the training to assess the customer’s needs, build rapport and offer them the best travel policy
  • You’ll be working as part of a team of circa 12 like-minded people however you will be given your own sales targets to work towards
  • Within the first six months, many of our new starters are earning their basic plus £500+ commission per month
  • As you grow, your salary will too! There is an uncapped bonus commission with a realistically achievable £30,000 on target earnings (OTE)
