Hours: We are open throughout the week including evenings and weekends, so you will be required to work 37.5 hours on a shift basis.

In a Nutshell
Due to our continued success, we need to grow our Sales team!
As a Sales Agent in our call centre, you will be part of a supportive team of expert communicators taking incoming calls from customers ready to buy their medical travel insurance. NO COLD CALLING! All you’ll need to do is to assess their needs, build rapport and offer them the best policy to suit.
But you don’t need to be a doctor! All we ask is that you have enthusiasm, confidence, excellent communication skills and some sales experience no matter what the industry, face to face or telesales.

- You will have the opportunity to earn up to £30k per annum, with your basic and an uncapped commission structure. Excellent earning potential, within 6 months you could be earning £500-600 per month!
- Your salary will grow as you do, in the region of £500 every 6 months with our development scheme exclusive to the Contact Centre
- You will be enrolled into a uniquely designed induction programme
- You will receive 3 weeks of training from our outstanding Learning & Development trainers before moving into your team

You are entitled to 24 days annual holiday per year. We also run a Holiday Buy Scheme where you can buy a further 3 days holiday per year. This gives you up to 27 days annual leave. And depending on your length of service, holiday will begin to rise too, up to a maximum of 30 days per year. That’s a whopping 6 weeks in total!!
