Salary: £30k – 34kpa (with an OTE of £4,500pa)

Hours: We are open throughout the week including evenings and weekends, so you will be required to work 37.5 hours on a shift basis.

In a Nutshell
Due to our continued success, we need to grow our Sales team, and this includes new Sales Team Manager opportunities!
As a Team Manager in our call centre, you will be responsible for the management, motivation, development and strong effective leadership of your team. You will be given autonomy in your role and encouraged to implement new ideas in order to lead your team to success.
You will possess a proven track record of engaging with, motivating and proactively managing a sales team and have experience of working in an FCA regulated environment.
